Shipping & Return Policy

1. Production & Shipping Turnaround

  • Production Time: Under normal circumstances, all custom sticker orders are processed, printed, and prepared for shipment within 4 business days.
  • Delays & Force Majeure: Please note that during peak holiday seasons, unexpected equipment maintenance, or unforeseen events beyond our control (such as severe weather, natural disasters, customs delays, or major transit disruptions), production and shipping times may be extended. We appreciate your understanding and patience in these rare instances.
  • Shipping Cost: We offer Free Shipping on all orders over $30. For orders under $30, standard shipping rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Tracking: Once your package leaves our facility, a tracking number will be automatically emailed to you so you can follow its progress.

2. Return & Refund Policy (Custom Items)

Due to the highly personalized nature of custom-printed products, custom items cannot be resold. Therefore, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for customer-side errors.

We CANNOT grant refunds or free replacements for:

  • Low-resolution or blurry artwork uploaded by the customer.
  • Customer input errors regarding dimensions, sizes, shapes, or quantity.
  • Spelling, punctuation, or grammatical mistakes in the design file.
  • Delivery delays caused entirely by the shipping carrier or customs clearance.
  • Packages that are returned, refused, or abandoned due to the customer’s refusal to pay local customs duties or import taxes.

3. When We Offer Replacements or Refunds

We take great pride in our printing craftsmanship. We will gladly issue a free reprint or a full refund if the mistake was made on our end.

We WILL fully cover issues regarding:

  • Severe manufacturing defects or incorrect materials applied (e.g., ordering Matte but receiving Gloss finish).
  • Critical printing errors where the colors or cuts drastically differ from the submitted file.
  • Package completely lost in transit by the carrier (confirmed via official tracking status).

If you believe your order has a manufacturing defect, please contact our support team within 14 days of receiving your package. Please include clear photos showcasing the issue alongside your order number, and our team will resolve it for you immediately.

4. Customs Duties & Import Taxes

For international orders outside of our domestic fulfillment, shipments are dispatched on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis.

  • Tax Exclusion: The total price displayed at our checkout page covers only the cost of your custom items and the shipping service. It does not include any local import duties, value-added taxes (VAT), goods and services taxes (GST), or customs brokerage fees.
  • Customer Responsibility: Any additional charges required for customs clearance must be paid directly by the recipient to their local customs office or postal carrier upon delivery. Rotasys Stickers has no control over, nor can we predict, these government-mandated fees.

Important Notice on Abandoned Packages:

If a package is held up, returned, or destroyed by customs because a customer refuses to pay the necessary import taxes or duties, no refund or free replacement will be issued. Since custom stickers are created uniquely for you, they cannot be restocked or resold.
