Welcome to Rotasys Stickers. By accessing our website and purchasing our custom products, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.
1. Custom Artwork & Intellectual Property
By uploading any artwork, logo, design, or engineering file to our website, you warrant and represent that:
- You own the copyright or have explicit legal permission to use and reproduce the uploaded material.
- The artwork does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights, trademarks, or copyrights of any third party.
- Rotasys Stickers reserves the right to refuse any order containing content that we deem unlawful, offensive, or infringing.
2. Production & Proofing
- Customers are entirely responsible for verifying the accuracy of their designs, including spelling, colors, and layout configurations.
- Once an order is sent to production, no further changes or modifications can be made to the artwork or specifications.
3. Limitations of Liability
Rotasys Stickers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products, printing delays, or shipping carrier errors. Our maximum liability to you for any order shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that specific order。
4. Force Majeure & Service Interruptions
We strive to keep our website secure and accessible at all times. However, Rotasys Stickers shall not be held responsible or liable for any service interruptions, data loss, or failure to perform obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to: server downtime, cyber-attacks (hacking/DDOS), power outages, internet service provider failures, acts of God, severe weather, natural disasters, or government restrictions.
5. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rotasys Stickers, its owners, and employees from and against any and all claims, damages, costs, and expenses (including legal and attorney fees) arising from or related to your use of the website, or any copyright infringement claims resulting from artwork or designs uploaded by you for custom production.
